BROAD INSTITUTE
The Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT is a research organization devoted to the study of the human genome. The institute's mission is to discover the molecular basis of all major human diseases in an attempt to eventually eliminate disease altogether. The Broad wanted an informational brochure to distribute to potential collaborators and investors, but needed something a little different to avoid becoming a throw away piece. This brochure was designed to fold out into a poster so that it functions as a brochure at first, but then becomes something that the recipients will want to hold onto. The outside/brochure side of the piece features the outside of the institute, while the inside/poster side of the piece features the inside of the institute and the people that make the Broad an important institution.
